Payment Policy - Payment is expected at the time of ordering. We accept Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard.

Delivery Policy - Minimum $25 order is required for delivery service. A nominal delivery fee may be added to each order and for each address. Orders placed after 10am cannot be guaranteed for same day delivery. No Sunday Deliveries.

Substitution Policy - Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the requested style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement.

Out of Area Shipping available on some items such as planters and certain flowers.
